Excellent stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort! The location is perfect, with very easy and quick access to Universal parks thanks to the shuttles and water taxi. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, with a relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff is friendly and always helpful. A special highlight is the proximity to the parks, which allowed us to fully enjoy our days without wasting time on transportation. Highly recommended for families and travelers looking for comfort, relaxation, and direct access to the parks.”

Spacious room with 2 x double beds. One of the hotels connected to the park; so very good location with a cute boat ride to take you to the parks. Easy to pop back and forth to hotel during the heat of the day. Big pool, open until late Early access to Islands of Adventure included with hotel stay

Lovely staff! Housekeeping, front desk, bell services, food service, boat drivers and everyone we interacted with was great! Awesome pool! Had a water slide and both shallow and deeper areas. Lots of umbrellas and sun loungers. A DJ on the weekend afternoon we were there. Loved the boat service to the theme parks. Nice waterfalls and trees and scenery around the property. Food was very good though pricey. Super comfy beds. Rooms and facilities very clean. Family friendly hotel at a much more palatable price point than its deluxe neighbors.

Great pool area and service here was excellent - they will bring drinks and food to your sunlounger and are very attentive. Sun cream provided at the pool and chilled water and as many towels as you like. Very convenient for the park - great shuttle service on the boat or a really easy walk. Nice coffee shop onsite. Can get Ubers very easily. Big gym that is very well equipped. The bathroom is split so the shower and toilet are separate. This is good because the sink and mirror are still available to use if your partner is in the shower. Everything is so easy here - the staff are very friendly and happy to help.

The room was very comfortable. I was offered a room with a bath for my infant without me even having to ask. The characters in the lobby were awesome! They were so attentive and can’t thank them enough for how happy they made my 20 month old. The water taxi to the parks was a great perk! Overall a great hotel for families 😊

Beautiful property with a huge heated outdoor pool that was open until 10pm. Everything was very clean, with comfy beds. Both restuarants we tried were excellent, with the cafe open late. The water taxi to the park was a nice touch - that helped save our tired feet! We weren't too tired for ping pong outside the gym! Friendly, welcoming staff. Well stocked gift shop.

Everything!! From the lobby to the rooms and the restaurants, and staff was super friendly and helpful. All the water taxi captains were awesome too. Some of the staff that stood out by name were Nico and David (from the Kanteen), Alessandra (from Amatista), and especially Mark Huurneman (Director of Food & Beverage). However, all were extremely kind and helpful.

very good hotel with great location and very high level facilities - a fitness room, wide pool and easy parking/ the family room is too small narrow the water taxi - This was the main reason we got the hotel - but it wasn't much accsable in rush hours. ONLY 2 boats going and returning with great amount of people trying to get back ay 22:00 end time of parks. more than an hour waiting at the pier (in rainy weather) .

The location of this hotel is great if you are visiting Universal, a short boat ride takes you right into the parks. The boats operate frequently throughout the day. The room itself in the hotel was fine, a little bit rough around the edges and maybe could do with a refurb but it was clean and was so handy. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was good at reasonable prices. The pool area was lovely and the pool is open until 11pm which is great as it was lovely to have a dip after a hot day in the parks! If I was going to Universal again, I would definitely stay in this hotel again for its location.
